This website is operated by Double U by W. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Double U by W. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Online store
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any error or inaccuracy.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated, and applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout. Prices and products may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or limited stock; if your payment has already been processed, you will be fully refunded.

4. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated at the time of the offer, cannot be combined unless indicated, and have no cash value.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, available at the bottom of every page.

6. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity on your account.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Double U by W name and logo, photos, text and designs, belongs to Double U by W and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
