Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Socks
  • Intimates or undergarments
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@doubleubyw.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
