Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, promotions or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Estimated delivery times
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and do not include processing time.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method selected. Free shipping applies to orders over $150 (CAD) shipped within Canada, unless otherwise stated on the site.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@doubleubyw.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos. We will work with the carrier to find a solution.
